The Larry: A Third Space for Connection & Collaboration

Our team crafted a dynamic brand identity for The Larry, a café and gathering space nestled within a tech development incubator in the historic Warehouse District. Located in the former Grocery Warehouse (built in 1941), The Larry’s name is a nod to its origins as The Lawrence Building.

Balancing raw industrial textures with a playful, approachable aesthetic, the brand introduces script typography, color, and humor to soften the masculine, warehouse-inspired space. The menu design references classic sales and order tickets, while clipboard-style displays echo traditional inventory processes—subtly reinforcing the site's history.

Beyond the physical space, the brand extends through stylistic guides, photography direction, web presence, and social media recommendations, ensuring a cohesive and engaging identity across all touchpoints.
