Originally built in 1919 and once home to The Arizona Republic and The Phoenix Gazette, this historic structure has entered a new chapter—one that balances its storied past with the momentum of a modernizing downtown.
Through a comprehensive visual identity—including logo design, print collateral, environmental graphics, and a digital presence—we developed a brand that captures the character of the building while appealing to businesses seeking a creative, well-connected urban location. The website and leasing materials reflect the Heard Building’s unique blend of heritage and innovation, ensuring it stands out in a competitive market.
This project goes beyond branding—it’s about place-making. By highlighting the building’s architectural details, its role in Phoenix’s history, and its prime downtown location, we created a narrative that resonates with forward-thinking tenants. The Heard Building is not just a space to work—it’s a place to be part of the city’s next wave of growth.
